I just placed an order, when will it ship?


We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. After processing, items usually take between 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time Depends on location.


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We Don't Offer Any refund due to the nature of the personal product no Refund or exchange is available. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contract me and we will discuss the solution. We Have No Refund 

we would require photo evidence of the defective item for proof that the item is damaged. Once you return is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the Approval / Rejection of Return / Refund. If refund is accepted Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once Approve your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 7 business days depending on your Financial Insititute.

Can I cancel my order?

I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?


If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?


Shipping times vary the Average shipping time is 5-7 business days.
